Description

Plot: A son of governor of Tokyo, Momomi Dannoura tyrannizes over a prestigious school in Tokyo as a president of student government. People are discriminated based on their birthplace, and those who from Saitama Prefecture are the most reviled. One day, a transferred student from America, Rei appears in fron of Momomi. Rei is actually from Saitama and embarks on a revolutionary campaign for better deals for them...
