Description

Plot: Kamen Riders 1 and 2 are defeated by Kamen Rider 3 who has disappeared for a long time, and the history is changed in a negative way. In the alternate present, Shocker is more powerful than ever, and now Kamen Riders including Kamen Rider Drive try put history back on its proper course.
