Description
This is a compilation of rare and previously unreleased recordings from the same sessions that were not included on the three classic albums "Mingus Presents Mingus", "Mingus" and "Reincarnation of a Love Bird", which were recorded by the genius jazz bassist and composer Charles Mingus for Candid in 1960. This work was originally released as a vinyl exclusively on Record Store Day in November 2023, and are now available for the first time on CD (remastered)! Eric Dolphy (Sax), Tommy Flanagan (P), Paul Bray (P) and others participated.
