Description
Filmmaker, Miwa Nishikawa ("Sway") brings Blu-ray of an emotional story "The Long Excuse (Nagai Iiwake)." Stars Masahiro Motoki of "Departures." Plot: A popular novelist, Sachio Kinugasa receives the news that his wife died with her female best friend in a bus accident while he has an affair. Although Sachio and his wife did not love each other, he has to act broken-hearted. One day he meets the bereaved family of his wife's best friend. Then, Sachio with no child to care offers to take care of them on impulse, and gradually feels the joy of living for others for the first time. However... *Rated 12-and-over.
