Description
Reissue of the classic film by Takeshi Kitano. As summer vacation begins, a nine-year-old boy named Masao decided to travel long distances to see his mother he has never met. Masao's neighbor is worried about him and she orders her husband who is an ex-yakuza, a bad mannered and downtrodden man named Kikujiro to deliver Masao to his mother's. After Kikujiro gambles away all the money, Kikujiro and Masao get a ride from other travellers across the country. Along the way they meet many people and happenings. . .
