Description
Director and character designer Keita Amamiya's feature film directorial debut. Though the plot resembles "Star Wars" a bit, the Samurai action styled film is the furthest thing from period films envisioned by Akira Kurosawa whose films inspired the George Lucas blockbuster. In Amamiya's unique and bizarre world, Samurais in feudal Japan are armed with laser weapons, and they fight villains who'd feel right at home in the "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" movies.
