Description
Like the first two movies, the "Yonigeya" helps ordinary citizens run away from their hefty debts. This time, the enemy is the shadowy bad-debt collector who puts debtors in the Niko Niko (Smiley) Village that they manage, and force them to heavy labor. The "Yonigeya" stands up to save the debtors suffering from the cruelty.
