Animation
Description
[Machine Translation] To protect the peace of the earth! Trider launches! The downtown robot anime produced by Sunrise ("Gundam" series), which gained popularity when it aired as a follow-up to the first Gundam, is finally being released on DVD for the first time with all 50 episodes! Takeo Watta, an elementary school student, is the young president of "Takeo General Company," a company that handles everything from space cargo transport and construction assistance to the removal of hazardous materials. One day, he receives a request from the Ministry of Space and Defense to defeat a mysterious giant robot that is running amok on a Martian space station. The reward is one million yen! The executive director is delighted that he can pay his employees' salaries and the gas and electricity bills for two months. For the sake of the company, the world, and the earth, Watta gets into the Trider G7 entrusted to him by his late father, Dotaro, and heads for Mars. Enclosed is a 54-page commentary on the project.
