 Description
[Machine Translation] CAUCUS, who have left their mark on the Japanese indie/shoegaze scene and have been highly acclaimed for their performances at prestigious international festivals such as SXSW and NYC Popfest, have completed their first new album in four years. The band's first new album is "shy girl," the fastest noise-pop song in their history, and "what have you done," which features a heavy beat by Taisuke Endo over roaring guitars, and other shoegaze elements, as well as "hello," which has an 80s US indie feel, and "psychedelia," with its beautiful 12 strings and reverse rotation. The album is about 50 minutes long with a total of 10 tracks, including new innovations such as "hello" with its 80s US indie sound, "sound of the air" with its beautiful psychedelia of 12 strings and reverse rotation, and "Hikari Kurufune", a flowing little piece by Hiroko Kawakami, a member of the group in red. The recording and mixing of the album, which has a unique three-dimensional feel with a playful adult spirit, was done by Yui Kimishima of Tsubame Studio, who is also known for her work with skillkills, Luminous Orange, extruders, Geometric Pattern, and others. The album was mastered by Soichiro Nakamura of Peace Music, continuing the mastering work from the previous album.
