Description
It's the 19th volume in the series of Ingmar Bergman directed movie releases on DVD. Set in the late 1800's, the film tells the story of four women, three sisters and their servant, about their lives, love, lies, loneliness, guilt, and death. Bergman has been an inspiration and a big influence to many filmmakers around the world, including Carlos Saura, Satyajit Ray, and of course Woody Allen.
