Description

Seventeen-year-old girl Chinami Ebihara sends off electromagnetic waves whenever her emotions run wild. As a result, she's travelled from school to school since she was a young child, and is hopeless with computer, cell phones, and other electronic goods. One day, after pledging to do her best at a new school, she finds that the harder she works the more things go wrong--her cell phone screen glitches and soon the school electronics are falling apart. However, when she passes through the school science lab she eye's a young man named Kotaro in the midst of an experiment. Thinking the timing of the errors in his experiment odd, he begins to wonder about the true nature of Chinami, and requests to study her! Guess what happens when bewildering Chinami meets serious Kotaro!
