Description
Blu-ray release of a live action film based on a hit manga, "Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru (The Liar and His Lover)" starring Takeru Sato and Sakurako Ohara. The story depicts a romance between a 25-year-old sound engineer, Aki and a 16-year-old high school student, Riko, who possesses a gifted voice. Plot: Aki was a member of a popular band, Crude Play, but he quitted the band after the members decided to make their major record debut. One day, Aki meets a high school girl, Riko and begins to date her on a whim. She doesn't know about Aki's background, but Riko is actually a member of a band. Then she is scouted by a producer Soichiro Takagi linked to Aki, and makes a debut... This edition comes with three DVD discs featuring making-of, interview with cast, memorial footage, promotional video, press conference footage, event footage in Taiwan, DiverCity performance, Xmas concert, other event footage and more. Also comes with a bonus Blu-ray disc featuring 10-episode spin-off drama (subject to change). *The DVD disc is encoded for region 2 (Japan, Europe, and Middle East), and no subtitles are included.
