¡NOA
Description
[Machine Translation] The progressive jazz-rock band "NOA" was formed in January 1987 as a trio consisting of Hirofumi Mitoma (guitar), Takao Ozeki (bass), and Ichiro Takezako (drums). With a sound strongly influenced by the solo work of Alan Holdsworth, Bill Bruford, and others, this is the only work released in analog format in 1987 on PAM, a fantastic label that released an album before KENSO's major label debut. The trio's colorful guitars, powerful drums, and fluid bass do not fade away, and the album is still highly regarded worldwide as a work of high quality. The 400 copies pressed at the time were difficult to obtain, and now, 30 years later, it is finally available for the first time on CD! The reissue of the original digital master version was made from the ultrasonically treated recordings made by PAM. Paper jacket. Includes Japanese commentary (commentary by Osamu Sakamoto).
