Description
[Machine Translation] Trussonic, led by pianist Towa Kitagawa, continues to pursue a unique trio sound that fuses progressive rock and jazz, and has released its fourth album. The grand scale of the music, including the suite "Forest in the dark," which depicts a protagonist lost in a dark forest, evokes stories and images. The trio challenged the limits of what can be expressed by a piano trio with their superb technique of irregular time signature miaisic, which has evolved even more significantly than the past three works. Jiro Okada ( PRISM, Ayaka Hirahara ) plays bass on all songs. The drums are played by Tatsuhi Iwase (Blue Note Tokyo All Star Jazz Orchestra), Manabu Hashimoto (NHORHM), and Yoichiro Yamauchi (Mari Natsuki) on each track.
