Description

Through environmental polution and the destruction of natural resources poisons have built up beneath the ground and fish have dissapeared from the ocean. To defend the earth from pending destruction, the citizens of earth band together for a special government program that completely controls life through computers. When the computer discovers certain humans have special powers, it sets out to find and then destroy them.
