Description
Blu-ray reissue from the award-winning anime feature "Kappa no Coo to Natsuyasumi" directed by Keiichi Hara. One day just before summer vacation elementary school student Koichi Uehara gathers a large rock on the way home from school. Washing it off at home, he discovers a baby Kappa inside! Since the first thing it says is "Coo," Koichi names it Coo. Speaking the same words as Koichi and his friends, Coo tells them the tale of his entrapment in the center of the earth for hundreds of years. Though his family is suprised at first, Koichi's parents allow him to take him in. One day, Koichi starts out on a journey with Coo to find Coo's peers. . .
