This is a full-length ghost story written by Sanyutei Encho (1839-1900), known as the "god of rakugo". Although excerpts from the story are popular, it is extremely rare for a rakugo performer to perform the entire story due to its length and complexity. The last chapter is said to be the first oral performance of this story since its author, and it is an extremely valuable recording. Recorded at Yokohama Nigiwai-za Theater in 2003.
